Returns and Refunds.

At Pepix Labs, we take quality, handling, and compliance seriously. Due to the nature of research-grade peptide materials, returns are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

• The product must be returned in the exact condition received

• Proof of purchase is required

For safety, quality assurance, and regulatory reasons, opened, reconstituted, or tampered products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items.

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, the following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or unsealed peptide vials

• Products that have been reconstituted or altered

• Gift cards or digital products

• Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@pepixlabs.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds (If Applicable).

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds.

If you have not received your refund after approval:

1. Check your bank or card account again

2. Contact your payment provider (processing times vary)
