Are Pepix Labs products intended for human or veterinary use?
No. All products sold by Pepix Labs are strictly intended for laboratory research and in vitro use only. They are not approved for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition.
How quickly are orders processed and shipped?
Most orders are processed within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed early in the business day typically ship the same day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:
Standard Shipping: typically 3–7 business days
Expedited Options: available at checkout for faster delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS and occasionally other major carriers depending on destination and service level.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Pepix Labs ships within the United States only. We do not support international shipping or freight forwarding addresses.

My tracking number isn’t updating — is something wrong?
Not necessarily. Tracking numbers may show limited or delayed updates for the first 24–48 hours after shipment. This is normal with most carriers.
My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Why does the peptide powder look clumpy or uneven?
This is normal. Lyophilized peptides can appear powdery, flaky, or clumped due to:
Freeze-drying
Temperature changes during transit
This does not indicate contamination or reduced quality.
What does “lyophilized” mean?
Lyophilization is a freeze-drying process used to stabilize compounds for long-term storage and research use.
How should peptides be stored upon arrival?
